Refunds and Order Cancellations

Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy (Sample)

Product Exchange Conditions (Within 7 Days)
Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product, if the product is defective, damaged, or non-functional due to manufacturing errors.
Exchange Conditions:
The product can only be exchanged for the same model. If that model is no longer available, a full refund will be issued instead.
All items and accessories must be returned in their original and complete condition.
️ We reserve the right to reject any exchange if the returned product is not in acceptable condition.
Products Not Eligible for Exchange:
Products showing any of the following conditions cannot be exchanged:
Physical damage: cracked, bent, burned, scratched, broken, or missing parts
Modification or attempted repair by unauthorized service
Damage due to natural disasters: lightning, power surge, flood, fire
Improper storage damage: rust, water stains, or other signs of poor care
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as customer dissatisfaction or incorrect purchases.
Product Warranty Conditions (After 7 Days)
If the issue occurs after 7 days, it will fall under the product warranty policy in accordance with the manufacturer's terms.
If the product cannot be repaired, or if replacement is necessary, the customer will be notified.
In case the same model is not available, we may offer a similar or upgraded product.
Customers must pay any price difference if an upgraded product is selected.
If not accepted, a full refund will be issued within 714 business days.
Shipping Damage Responsibility
If the product is damaged during delivery by our company, we will take full responsibility. Customers can return it directly to us.
If the product is damaged during return shipping by the customer, we will not be responsible in any case.
